Airlock v5.3 is now available! Hosted instance customers can request an upgrade via the Airlock Digital Support portal. On-premises customers can download the new server update from the customer portal.

At Airlock Digital, we are committed to delivering skilled, responsive technical support services when you need them. That is why we will continue to operate a 24 hour service desk during our internal team development on 1-10 June 2024. Over this period, we will address all urgent support queries with the same speed, diligence and expertise as we do year-round.
